The processing times for orders are as follows:

(This time frame may be extended if you have ordered multiple custom design sets)

Pre-designed Sets: 2-5 Business Days

Custom Design Sets: 2-10 Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday. They exclude public holidays.

The delivery options are as follows:

Standard (Tracked) 2-6 Business Days: FREE

Express (Tracked) 1-3 Business Days: $6.00

Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking link that will allow you to monitor your package.

Please note that I do not have control over the package once it’s with the carrier, so if any issues arise, contacting Aus Post directly would be the best option.

As each set is custom made, no cancellations or refunds are accepted unless there’s a technical error on my end. Your order will be finalised upon payment so please make sure you are happy with your design before you check out :)
