shipping policy

  • The processing time refers to the time it takes me to prepare your order before dropping it off for delivery! It is separate from the shipping time, and may be extended if you have ordered multiple sets.

    The processing times are as follows:

    • Pre-designed Sets: 2-5 Business Days

    • Custom Designs: 2-10 Business Days

    Business days are Monday through Friday. They exclude public holidays.

  • The delivery options are as follows:

    (All options include tracking)

    • Standard (2-6 Business Days): FREE

    • Express (1-3 Business Days): $6.00

    Once your order Is completed and dropped off, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.and you’ll be able to monitor your package!

    Please note that I do not have control over the package once it’s with the carrier, so if any issues arise, contacting Aus Post directly would be the best option.

  • As each set is custom made, no cancellations or refunds are accepted unless there’s an error on my end. Your order will be finalised upon payment so please make sure you are happy with everything before checking out :)
